The ideal candidate for the High School Work Experience Student – Talent Management position should be interested in the Human Resources field. Through this placement, the student will develop an understanding of working in a professional environment, gain exposure to Teck’s Talent Management strategy and how it is applied and implemented within Teck’s operations.
