Title: Guest Experience Representative (Holiday Full time and
ongoing Part-time)
*Must be available to work: Dec 24/25 OR Jan31st/1st
*Those days are usually shorter days operationally (9-4 -Christmas Day or 9-8 New Year’s Eve), so it would still give them time to catch some Christmas dinner or have fun on New Year’s Eve!

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Guest Experience
Supervisors, the Guest Experience Representative is responsible for performing
the day-to-day tasks required in the operation of the Guest Experience
department. Working in some or all areas of the department (including the
Season Pass & Ticket Office, Rental Desk, Guest services Huts, and Snowplay
ticket booth), the Guest Experience Representative will answer general
inquiries about the products and services available and will process sales of
passes, rentals, lessons & camps, and will ensure guest satisfaction.
