self-employment options (free-lancing, starting a business, etc.) or gaining
business knowledge.

SET is a government-funded and free program. Below please find the eligibility requirements:

Between the ages of 17
to 29
·
Canadian citizen, PR,
or protected person
·
Resides in Metro
Vancouver
·
Unemployed or
underemployed (working 20 hours or less per week)
·
Not in school
full-time
·
Not actively
participating in or receiving financial support from another provincially- or
federally-funded labour market program.
