Career Exploration Event: Come to Room 203 if Interested
The Media Mix: Careers in TV, Film, Media, Theatre and Journalism. This event will take place on December 5th 2024, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the North Vancouver School District Administration Office – 2121 Lonsdale Ave, 5th floor. This event will provide students with valuable insights into future academic and career pathways. FOR GRADE 10-12
VCC- Baking Program: Tours and Trials!
1. VCC will be holding an in-person information session on January 27, 2025, from 5:30–7:00 PM. The evening will begin with a tour of our baking department at 5:30 PM, followed by the information session at 6:00 PM in Room 112 (our theatre at the downtown campus). For the tour, please gather in front of the library at the downtown campus, and we will escort the groups from there. RSVP by January 13th at the latest.
2. This year, VCC will be offering a trial day for prospective baking students, led by one of our instructors. Students will have the opportunity to make muffins, scones, and cookies, and will be able to take some of their baked goods home. The trial days will take place on February 7, 14, 28, and March 7, 2025, with a maximum of 16 students per class. All classes are scheduled 10 am to 3 pm. Note that students will be assigned to only one class.
