The RCMSAR 2 Junior Program is a highly practical volunteer program which supports building foundational skills as a SAR crewmember and fostering a passion for service to the community. This program offers North Vancouver Youth aged 17-19 the opportunity to become involved in Canada’s marine search and rescue (SAR) network, challenge their leadership capabilities, and develop skills for future employment in a multitude of industries.
